According to The Hindu Business Line , Indian defense giant Bharat Electronics few months has developed a Tablet PC for $ 70-75, which will be acquired by the Government and distributed to citizens.    The operating system is (Google Android 2.2),  there is solar batteries and ability to work in the cloudy medium with data on server.  Prospects for the appearance of tablet in the global market have not been announced.
