Trinity Mobile processor models will come out this month, and desktop versions will be presented in August.
To attract buyers to Trinity processor , AMD plans to lower prices compared with the corresponding models Ivy Bridge. Most likely, this technique will work mainly in the mobile segment, as here, AMD has a strong advantage in the form of graphics performance. In August, will be released the processors A10-5800K, A10-5700, A8-5600K, and A8-5500, the company also will make model series A6 and A4. They will be released on 32 nm technology in Globalfoundries factories .
In June, AMD will release processors for the platform Brazos 2.0, which will be divided in a series of C and E. Model E2-1800 (1.7 GHz) and E1-1200 (1.4 GHz) will have TDP not more than 18W. They will be released on the old 40 nm process.
In the third quarter the range of desktop processors will join FX-8350, FX-6300 and FX-4320. Finally, in the fourth quarter will be released hybrid processor architecture Hondo Bobcat, which will be released on 40 nm technology, and content with TDP level not more than 5 watts. They will be used in tablet computers, including those running Windows 8.
