Microsoft, Apple and Lenovo were just some of the companies that have expressed interest in individual assets BlackBerry, but the board of director rejected such proposals, insisting on the need to preserve the integrity of the company.

Finally, the attention of foreign investors to the BlackBerry could delay the process of preparation of the transaction because of the agreement with the Government of Canada, so the proposals discussed in the last turn. BlackBerry as a whole does not rejects the idea of selling some assets in the future, but it is unlikely that the process has been simplified.
