AMD company has recently focused on hybrid processors, while the classical solutions for enthusiasts have been pushed to the wayside. The latest CPU in this series became the model FX-9370 and FX-9590 with liquid cooling system. Initially, these processors have been offered as part of finished computers.
Roy Taylor , AMD vice president of global sales, in his microblog did kind of announcement of the new processor line FX, posting a picture of its box. Image does not allow to consider the characteristics of the model, but obviously, CPU will also be equipped with maintenance-free cooling system.
Apparently, the new processor will be AMD's answer to processors line Devil's Canyon, which Intel introduced earlier this month. Availability of water cooling assumes a high enough TDP level - in FX-9370 and FX-9590 thermal power was 220 watts.
