Recently AMD representatives talked about the passage rates on 45 nm technology. We start from the fact that at the end of this year fab 30 will be closed for reconstruction. This means that AMD company will not be able to release 90 nm processors using its own factory - Fab 36 from the middle of year already release only 65 nm processors. In principle, AMD is completely ready to remove 90 nm technology . This confirm AMD representatives reports , which talk about the increase in the portion of 65 nm processors and production optimization  . Furthermore, AMD already in this block is ready to begin the deliveries of brisbane processor  with frequency 2.9 GHz, based on G2 stepping . After the reconstruction Of fab 30 , it will be renamed to Fab 38, and it will release 300 mm silicic plates. AMD company report about the availability of  45 nm technology processor even now.
