In an effort to reduce its dependence on Qualcomm, the South Korean company Samsung has released a new smartphone Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge on own chips Exynos.
According to G for Games, Deputy Director General, MediaTek has mentioned about a possible partnership with Samsung. Chipsets that companies already use in their devices, some manufacturers, including HTC and Sony. The latter, by the way, is going to increase the volume of purchases of new MediaTek chips for its smartphones primary and secondary levels. Presumably, Samsung will use MediaTek solution for its new budget smartphone.
