This week was the traditional security update from Microsoft. The update fixes were present for the Edge and Internet Explorer, which although outdated, but is still used by many.
As it turned out, to gain access to an attacker could place a certain web page code. Once the page opens in the browser, the breach allow to gain access to the victim machine. The same problem was present in Microsoft Office. As it turned out, a specially created file could compromise the system when it opens on the computer.
Finally, several vulnerabilities have been eliminated in Windows. One of them touched Silverlight platform for Windows.
