In the fall of 2014, NVIDIA has filed a lawsuit against Samsung, accusing it of stealing technology for the processing of computer graphics.  In response, Samsung has accused NVIDIA of violating four patents related to the processing of data in the memory system.  NVIDIA Corporation as the inventor of the GPU, counts on license fees.  Samsung has wanted to stay even.  Both cases dealt with in the two courts.  The "fastest" US District Court - Richmond (Virginia), and the US International Trade Commission. After a year and a half event are as follows.  The ITC Commission, as it became known in late December, the court found that NVIDIA infringed three of four Samsung patents.  A little earlier, also at the hearing in the ITC, it was announced that Samsung did not infringe patents NVIDIA.  In both cases,  NVIDIA appealed. The civil court in Richmond all strictly opposite.  In the week during the court hearing was told that NVIDIA can not be considered guilty of the charges claims Samsung.  Thus, the court dismissed the charges of violating the NVIDIA last of the four remaining consideration Samsung patents.  One of the four patents were not recognized as an appropriate case, and on two other charges were dismissed before that.  It turns out that the civil court in a separate US District recognized NVIDIA company completely innocent. In fact, most of all, this solution does not help NVIDIA to solve its problems.   Related Products :
