In the next year the legendary Nokia brand will be back on the mobile market thanks to the company HMD Global.
The HMD, which received exclusive rights to the release of Nokia devices, has already confirmed his presence at the February exhibition MWC 2017, where it plans to introduce at least one new product under the Nokia brand. Most likely, at MWC 2017 we see a smartphone Nokia D1C , which will be released in two versions. But in the work are still at least four new smartphone.
According to sources, four new Nokia smartphone will be released in the second and third quarters of 2017. They will be equipped with a display diagonal of 5 to 5.7 inches and a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD) to 2560h1440 pixels (Quad HD). Their remaining specifications are still unknown.
It is noted that the company has already ordered HMD displays for new Nokia smartphones from companies such as LG Display, Century Technology and Innolux. And as a production partner called FIN Mobile.
As already mentioned, Noka D1C will be the first smartphone the Nokia, running HMD and will be released in two versions that are different sizes of displays and memory capacity. The older model is equipped with 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD) and 3 GB of RAM, and will go on sale for $ 200. The junior version will cost $ 150 and receive a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels (HD) and 2 GB of RAM.
