G.Skill company introduced a new specification of its DDR4 memory modules, tailored specifically to work with the new processors Intel Kaby Lake and motherboards based on chipset Intel Z270 chipset. In addition, two new sets of TridentZ memory modules have been presented, which, according to developers, is the fastest in its class.
One of the sets has a capacity of 16 GB, and the other - 32 GB, and both of them are made up of modules, memory volume of 8 GB. In the case of the first set of memory operates at a frequency of 4266 MHz, while CAS-latency characterized CL19-19-19-39. In turn, set a larger volume of work with a frequency of 4133 MHz, and is characterized by latencies CL19-21-21-41.
According to the manufacturer, it is the lowest latency for memory sets this volume with such frequency.
In the end, we note that the set of memory modules Trident Z 16GB DDR4-4266 is already available at a price of $ 230 in the US. Unfortunately, neither the price nor the date of commencement of sales kit TridentZ 32GB DDR4-4133 so far have not been announced.
