The Japanese enthusiast futto-kun having left three core cores to the Core i7-7700K, at a voltage of almost 2.0 V overclocked the existing sample to 7.1 GHz using liquid nitrogen.
The fresh achievement of the Japanese proves that yesterday's record was not the limit. At least up to 7136 MHz with a voltage of 2.0 V all the same three cores were overclocked, providing a result of 8.840 seconds in PiFast and third place in the absolute rating. By the way, Swedish overclocker Rauf with the same result takes the second place, and is genuinely surprised by the value of the voltage on the processor core demonstrated by the Japanese.
