Intel forum became the place for the demonstration of moorestown platform  . This is the universal and simultaneously flexible platform, connected with the wide acceptance of Internet. Products on Intel moorestown platform will appear in the  mobile market segment :  Internet- devices (MID) in 2009–2010 .
Moorestown consists on single-crystal system lincroft and langwell input/output . In Lincroft enter the 45-nm processor, graphic adapter, memory controller  and video coding/decoding device . Langwell support wireless devices.  Intel Developers expect to reduce the energy consumption of moorestown platform  in the idle state  to more than 10 times in comparison with MID first generation on base of Intel atom processor  . As it is asserted, moorestown platform  will become the catalyst of promising products, which will realize all functional possibilities on Internet smart phone and communication line mobile Internet- devices (Communication MID). Devices using moorestown platform will support different wireless technologies, including 3G, WiMAX, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and mobile television.
