Shuttle company, known for its compact systems, has expanded its range with five new mini-PCs, XPC Slim entered into the line.  The main difference between the new products is used in these processors.  Note that, as with most mini PCs, the new XPC Slim supplied without drives and RAM. New items, dressed in black case, the dimensions   are 200 x 165 x 39.5 mm.  New products support up to 32 GB of RAM DDR3L-1333/1600 modules SO-DIMM.  Also, all new XPC slim have two Intel Gigabit Ethernet controller, two serial ports (COM-port), video output HDMI and DisplayPort.  There are also Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.  Five  new products includes the following models of compact systems: XPC Slim DS67U on the base of Intel Celeron 3855U (two cores, two threads, the frequency of 1.6 GHz) in Europe evaluated at 226 euros; XPC Slim DS67U3 on Intel Core i3-6100U (two cores, four threads, the frequency of 2.3 GHz) evaluated at 413 euros; XPC Slim DS67U5 on Intel Core i5-6200U (two cores, four threads, frequency 2.3-2.8 GHz) evaluated at 517 euros; XPC Slim DS67U7 on Intel Core i7-6500U (two cores, four threads, frequency 2.5-3.1 GHz) evaluated at 681 euros; XPC Slim DS68U identical DS67U, but it replaced DisplayPorts port D-Sub (VGA), supported modules M.2 2280 and used in Wi-Fi 802.11n, and its cost will be named later. MSI is preparing to release the next version of GeForce GTX 1080 own performance.  The novelty will be called GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming Z, and in many ways it is similar to the already released GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming X. In fact, the new product will be slightly enhanced latest version. As the resource Overclockers UK, MSI graphics card GeForce GTX Gaming Z 1080 will have higher operating frequencies, as well as receive other reinforcing plate on the back side.  Thus, the frequency of the graphics processor innovations in the mode of "OC" will be 1771/1911 MHz, whereas the model Gaming X in this mode, the GPU frequency  1708/1847 MHz.  This will make the new product the fastest GeForce GTX 1080 from MSI.  We note that, unfortunately, the video memory operating frequencies are not specified yet, but most likely they will also be above 10108 MHz inherent Gaming X. According to rumors, tomorrow, the seventh of July, NVIDIA will present a new video card GeForce GTX 1060. In the meantime, our colleagues from WCCFTech published the first results of  this card  testing in 3DMark benchmarks, and complete with a list of new items characteristics. From these data, the GPU GeForce GTX 1060 has 1280 CUDA cores, 106 texture units and 48 raster operator units.  Note that the last two numbers are questionable, as is the case with Pascal architecture the number of texture units must be equal to 80 (the number of CUDA cores divided by 16), although, perhaps, in the case of this video card NVIDIA something changed in the architecture.   Graphics processor has frequency of 1506/1709 MHz.  The card has 6 GB of GDDR5 video memory, which is connected by a 192-bit bus, and has a frequency of 2002 MHz (effective frequency is equal to 8008 MHz).  The memory bandwidth of 192GB / s.   With regard to the benchmarks, GeForce GTX 1060 vs  Radeon RX 480.  In reference frequencies novelty ahead of competitors by about 8 - 10%.  For example, in the test Fire Strike graphics card from NVIDIA scored 13,215 points (Graphics score), whereas in our testing results Radeon RX 480 was 11,954 points. Now the Taiwanese company HTC is experiencing not the best of times.  At the end of 2016 it will launch a total of 13 million smartphones, which is 26.8% less than last year, when it shipped 18 million smartphones.  Moreover, the new flagship of HTC 10 , faced with serious competition from Chinese smartphone for the year disperse modest print run of 1 million copies.  This is reported by our colleagues from GSMArena with reference to a report prepared by TrendForce analysts. While sales of HTC smartphones are falling, demand for smartphones of another Taiwanese manufacturer, by contrast, is growing.  We are talking about Asus company which sales of smartphones, estimated TrendForce analysts to increase by 34.4% this year to 21.5 million units.  According to them, the Asus smartphone shipments growth is due to the decision of the Taiwanese manufacturer to abandon the use of Intel's mobile processors in favor of Qualcomm chips. It is noted that HTC, like many other manufacturers, this year will face serious competition from Chinese brands.  Demand for smartphones manufactured by Chinese companies is growing.  So, Oppo smartphone shipments this year will grow by an impressive 59.2% to 78 thousand units to 49 thousand copies sold by the end of 2015.  BBK (Vivo brand) increased sales by 40.4% to 66 million units.   But  Xiaomi smartphones sales, in contrast, will fall by 13.2% to 59 million.  15.7 per cent drop in the supply , which owns the brand Motorola.
