Terry Goldstein, a resident of the State of California, USA, has won in court against Microsoft a tidy sum - 10 thousand dollars.  Terry filed a lawsuit on the soft-giant after her computer  automatically upgrade to Windows 10. In court, Teri Goldstein explained that she did not give permission to install a new operating system - the computer did it on their own, without any authorization from her .  According to her, she never even heard of Windows 10, not to mention the fact, to upgrade to it. In court, Microsoft continued to make excuses, saying that no guilt of what happened there, but the lady was very insistent, and finally Microsoft decided to pay her compensation in the above amount, considering that it will be cheaper than to continue to defend their case. As planned, today, June 28, the Chinese company ZTE showed the world its new flagship Nubia Z11.
