Transcend company has expanded its line of solid state drives MTS800, made in the form factor M.2 2280 new model, the volume of 1 TB.  Earlier this line were represented in volume drives 32, 64, 128, 256 and 512 GB. The manufacturer notes that a series of solid state drives MTS800 is designed specifically for installation in a very compact computer systems, including tablets and ultrabooks.  The drives are built on high-quality memory chips MLC NAND, characterized by high stability, according to developers.
