Attempts to deprive the virtual reality helmet of HTC Vive of cable communication with the PC was not limited to creating all sorts of "backpacks", in which was placed some kind of gaming laptop with capacious batteries.  The developers also thought about creating a wireless interface.  For example, in the Chinese market, in cooperation with TPCast , HTC itself was ready to begin selling an accessory that turns the Vive helmet into a device without wired connection to a PC.  It was promised that the reaction delay would not exceed 15 ms.  Apparently, this indicator did not suit HTC, since the other day it announced its intentions to cooperate with Intel in the sphere of getting HTC Vive from wires.
