Many fans of digital entertainment are eagerly waiting for the opening of  Computex 2017 exhibition by the heads of AMD and NVIDIA, counting on their lips to get information about video gaming generations  Vega and Volta, respectively.   If we talk about AMD's plans, our colleagues believe that this company will present two graphics processors with Vega architecture in the next half-year, which will replace Polaris 10 and Polaris 11, respectively.  And only in the second half of next year will be released a larger and more productive graphics processor Vega 20.   NVIDIA company, according to our colleagues, will present in the first half of next year three graphics processors with Volta architecture  .  Most of these graphics solutions will use memory type GDDR6, and not HBM2 will get even the older GV102.  Memory of a new type remains an expensive pleasure so far, and NVIDIA may not share AMD's optimism about the prospects for using HBM2 in the consumer market segment. The photo of Tesla Model 3 next prototype interior  was published .  For example, recently was seen an electric car Tesla Model 3 characteristic red "Signature Red", in which the Tesla Model X crossovers of the premier party were painted.  By the way, Tesla recently confirmed that all new customers making out an advance order now will have to wait for their Tesla Model 3 copy for more than a year.   The interior photo of Tesla Model 3 is interesting in that it confirms two main facts about its layout.  First, all information will be displayed on a single 15-inch display on the center console, and there will be no dashboard above the steering column.  Secondly, the ventilation system of the passenger compartment will use one giant "panoramic" air duct, giving out its presence only by a narrow slit from the left to the right edge of the front panel.   Tesla also explained that the Model 3 will be inferior to the flagship Model S lift, not only in the reserve range from one charge, but also in the ability to accelerate - the younger model will exchange the "first hundred" km / h in about 5.6 seconds.  The lids of the two luggage compartments, the combined volume of which is reduced relative to the Model S twice, will be opened manually, and not by means of an electric drive.  Finally, the Model 3 will be able to take on board only five, whereas the Model S has a crew of up to seven people. In general, for Tesla Model 3 the number of all possible configurations will not exceed 100 options, whereas for Tesla Model S this number exceeds 1500 combinations.  Buyers of the younger model will be available wheel sizes 18 "and 19", a glass roof, as well as a full "autopilot".  But Tesla Model 3 will always have to be satisfied with the spring suspension, rather than pneumatic, and when manufacturing body parts, not only aluminum but also more affordable steel will be used.  Tesla Model 3 buyers will not be offered,  a panoramic roof with solar cells that extend from the door of the handle and the HEPA cabin filter. Toshiba company  on the eve of Computex 2017 released its first massive NVMe SSD-drive on 64-layer flash memory with a vertical layout of cells 3D V-NAND (Toshiba uses its own name BiCS FLASH).  Unfortunately - TLC, and not MLC NAND.  The novelty is made in the form factor M.2 of the size 2280, communicates with the system via the PCI-Express 3.0 x4 interface and the NVMe protocol (without specifying the version).  Customers will be offered three volumes - 256, 512 and 1024 GB. Details about the used controller are not reported - the company habitually conceals this information.  But, judging by the announced speeds (up to 3000 MB / s on read operations), it's probably about Marvell (current Phison controllers and Silicon Motion have lower performance).  Of the technical characteristics, the implementation of SLC-caching algorithms on write operations is indicated. The drive is unlikely to fall into free retail, but another important point:  Toshiba XG3 ran a hardware platform, which then became the basis of  Toshiba RD400 .  By the way, Toshiba XG3 also come across in retail, but mostly in the secondary market, being removed from laptops when they are updated by ordinary users. The largest computer exhibition in Asia Computex (2017) will start working on May 30.  Even before this event, manufacturers of devices and solutions intend to tell about the upcoming novelties.  For example, a press release with a similar review was published by Sapphire.  Among other innovations at the company's stand will be a set of NITRO Gear to modify the appearance of video card cooling systems, the NITRO + Radeon RX 580 Special Edition adapter and a stub extension for Thunderbolt 3 ports. The Sapphire NITRO Gear kit includes a 95 mm double roller bearing fan with three LED backlight options (white, red and blue).  The fan is compatible with all models of Sapphire NITRO + and Pulse RX 580/570 graphics cards, as well as with NITRO / NITRO + RX 480/470 models.  The NITRO Gear also includes front and rear casing panels that are available in one of two color options: Azure Ice or Crimson Fire.  On sale Sapphire NITRO Gear sets promise to appear quickly enough, but the price is not indicated yet. The model of the video card NITRO + Radeon RX 580 Special Edition received a casing that differs in color (it is azure) from the color of  NITRO + Radeon RX 580 Limited Edition.  Modifications will also differ by higher operating frequencies, the values of which are not yet disclosed.  It is only known that the memory frequency is increased from 2000 MHz to 2100 MHz.  The cooling system of the new model is a "semi-passive" Dual-X.  The settings allow access to fan control in QuickConnect, Fan Check and Fan Service modes.  Deliveries of the Adapter Special Edition have already started.   The third novelty Sapphire on Computex 2017 will be a stub / extender for the Thunderbolt 3 port. This device will appeal to Apple laptop owners, who are most active in the Thunderbolt port configuration.  The adapter will connect to the Thunderbolt 3 port either two devices for DisplayPort ports, or two devices for HDMI ports.  This way you can connect two monitors with a resolution of 4K at a frequency of 60 Hz , if you use an adapter for DisplayPort, one monitor with a resolution of 5K at 60 Hz (only running Windows).  Deliveries of the plug start in the third quarter.  The price is not specified.
