In the near future, LG Display will increase the production of OLED-displays for smartphones. In OLED-panels produced by LG Display, not only LG itself is interested, but also the Chinese company Xiaomi. This was reported by our colleagues from GSMArena .

LG Display will produce curved OLED displays for the new LG V30 smartphone. Xiaomi already uses curved OLED-displays LG for smartphone Mi Note 2 and plans to install them in another top-end smartphone.

Other companies are also interested in OLED panels LG Display. So, the Internet giant Google offered LG $ 880 million in order to increase the production of OLED-displays. LG Display screens can be used in future smartphones Pixel 2. LG also expects to sign a contract with Apple to supply OLED-panels for the new iPhone.

Currently, LG Display produces 22,000 OLED displays per month. After commissioning of new production lines, it will be able to produce up to 37,000 OLED panels monthly.

Following the CSharp Z3 , Sharp introduced another new smartphone. It is called Aquos R and belongs to the category of flagships with the corresponding characteristics.

As GSMArena reports, the heart of Sharp Aquos R was the single-chip platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with the eight-core processor and graphics controller Adreno 540. The chip is supplemented with 4 GB of RAM.

Sharp Aquos R has a 5.3-inch IGZO-display with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, a 22.6-megapixel main camera with a wide-angle lens and optical image stabilization and a 16-megapixel frontal. A new smartphone is powered by a 3160 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology. For charging, a USB Type-C port is provided.

Will Sharp Aquos R be sold outside of Japan and at what price, is still unknown.

In just five days, the official release of Outlast 2 will take place. On the official page of Outlast 2 on Steam were published system requirements, which were ... more than adequate for 2017.

So, the minimum requirements are relevant for a resolution of 720p and a frame rate of 30 fps:

* Processor: Intel Core i3-530;

* 4 GB of RAM;

* Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 or AMD Radeon HD 4870;

* 30 GB of free space on the drive;

* 64-bit operating system Windows Vista / 7/8/10.

The recommended requirements are relevant for the 1080p @ 60 fps mode:

* Processor: Intel Core i5

* 8 GB of RAM;

* Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7850;

* 30 GB of free space on the drive;

* 64-bit operating system Windows Vista / 7/8/10.

Recall that Outlast II is the continuation of the first game, but with new characters and in a different setting. The main characters of Outlast II are journalists Blake and Lynn Langermann, husband and wife.
