The rumors about the re-release of StarCraft, which we published last week, turned out to be true.  As expected, the announcement took place on the last weekend in the framework of a special anniversary event dedicated to the 19th anniversary of the great strategy. So, the updated version of the game is called StarCraft Remastered.  The release should take place this summer.  Unfortunately, a full translation of the classics into StarCraft II engine did not take place.  Apparently, Blizzard did not want to create a strong competitor for the second part with its already fading popularity. StarCraft Remastered will be able to offer the dedicated fans of the original "smart" graphics, support for widescreen monitors with a resolution of up to 4K, a full set of story campaigns, a full-fledged network mode and a solid set of other technical improvements.
