As expected, the new flagship Xiaomi Mi6 will receive a Plus version.  We already know the specifications and cost of Xiaomi Mi6 and Mi6 Plus .   NextPowerUp portal published spy photos on which Xiaomi Mi6 is  captured.  It is dressed in a glossy black case.  On its back there is a double main camera, supplemented by a dual LED flash. Also, the sources shared photos of two versions  Xiaomi Mi6 Plus with the open section "About the phone".  Judging by the information on the screen, one of the versions of the smartphone has 6 GB of RAM, and the other - 8 GB of RAM.  Both models  Xiaomi Mi6 Plus are equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with a clock speed of up to 2.7 GHz and a built-in 256 GB storage.  Smartphones are running the mobile operating system Android 7.0 with a shell MIUI 8. As it became known last week, the price of Xiaomi Mi6 starts at the level of 1999 yuan , while Xiaomi Mi6 will be offered at a price of 2,599 yuan .  They will be announced in mid-April. In November, Lenovo introduced a new smartphone Moto M.  It was sold in less than six months in a few million copies.   According to the publication, for five months, Lenovo sold three million smartphones Moto M. It has become one of the best-selling smartphones Lenovo in the mid-price category over the past couple of years.  Moto M sales were especially impressive in China.  And now Moto M has to conquer other markets, including Pakistan, Poland, Malaysia and Thailand. Let's remind, Moto M is equipped with 5.5-inch display with a resolution  1920x1080 pixels (Full HD), 16-megapixel main and 8-megapixel front cameras, built-in 32GB storage, USB Type-C port and fingerprint scanner.  It is based on the eight-core processor MediaTek Helio P15, which is supplemented with 4 GB of RAM.  The smartphone is based in a metal case with a water-repellent nanocoating P2i and is powered by a 3050 mAh battery with fast charging. Gigabyte company  has expanded its range of motherboards based on the chipsets of the system logic Intel 200 series, a new model called Z270X Designare .  As you might guess, the novelty is based on the chipset of the system logic Intel Z270 and is designed to create systems based on Intel Kaby Lake and Skylake processors in the performance of LGA 1151. The series of motherboards Designare company Gigabyte introduced in the last generation of Intel chipsets (100 series), and positions their manufacturer as solutions for professionals engaged in creating content of various kinds.  The company claims that the novelty was tested in real conditions and is suitable for creators of content of any level.     The Gigabyte Z270X Designare motherboard is equipped with four slots for DDR4-2400 memory modules.  For connecting storage devices, there is one M.2 and U.2 connector, two SATA Express connectors and six SATA 3.0 ports.  There are also USB 3.1 Type-A and Type-C connectors.  The set of expansion slots includes three PCI Express 3.0 x1 and PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots.  Supports configurations that include up to four GPUs, and the manufacturer especially emphasizes support for NVIDIA Quadro accelerators. Unfortunately, neither the cost nor the date of sales of the Gigabyte Z270X Designare motherboard has been announced so far, but it is unlikely that the novelty will be available. The Israeli company TowerJazz, which is considered the fifth largest semiconductor company in the world, introduced a technology process for the release of solutions using silicon photonics.  This is a new sphere of production of chips, when internal connections are not conductive connections, but optical communication channels.  Thus, it becomes possible to increase the data transfer rate and reduce stray interference and consumption.  For optical channels, silicon waveguides are used inside the chip, which transmit the optical signal in the infrared range well. The technical process of TowerJazz SiPho (photonic process) has complemented the SiGe BiCMOS process technology based on silicon and germanium.  The development allows to produce a wide range of receivers, transmitters and single-mode waveguides, promising affordable integrated solutions using optical data transmission methods.
