March 29 at a special event, the South Korean company Samsung will introduce new flagship smartphones Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 +.  They will be equipped with 4 GB of RAM, but specifically for the Chinese market, Samsung will release a version with 6 GB of RAM.  This is reported today by our colleagues from GSMArena . Back in January, there were rumors on the web that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be released in the version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.  Then the sources said that this model will be available only in Asia, in particular, in China and South Korea.  And today IHS research director Kevin Wong said that the Samsung Galaxy S8 with 6 GB of RAM will be focused exclusively on the Chinese market and its launch in other countries is excluded.  The international version of the new flagship will receive 4 GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S8 will be equipped with a 5.8-inch curved display with a resolution of Quad HD, and the Galaxy S8 + will receive a curved 6.2-inch screen with the same resolution.  Depending on the region, they will be based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 9985 processor. Introduced in October 2015,  hybrid laptop Surface Book will soon receive a successor.  Surface Book second generation will be a traditional laptop, as reported today by GSMArena . According to sources from the supply chain, the new Surface Book has already entered mass production.  It will be presented at the end of March or in April.  Surface Book 2 will be cheaper than its predecessor and will go on sale at a price of $ 1000.  For comparison, the starting price of the first generation Surface Book is $ 1,499.  If the first generation Surface Book thanks to a removable keyboard can be used both as a tablet and as a laptop, the novelty will work only in laptop mode.  The company decided to refuse the release of a new laptop-transformer Surface Book to ensure that it does not conflict with the series of Surface Pro. Yesterday's announcement of cooperation  Bosch, NVIDIA corporation was supported by some comments of its founder.  According to NVIDIA general director  , the Tegra processor Xavier generation is capable of performing up to 30 trillion operations per second, which is quite enough for creating the so-called "fourth level" autopilot systems - the penultimate in the SAE hierarchy, which still leaves a person with some right to intervene in the Management, albeit not mandatory. NVIDIA believes that it is able to provide customers with everything needed to develop SAE third-level autonomous control systems by the end of this year, and a year later components for the fourth-level autopilot will be ready.  Automakers will have to realize these opportunities with a delay of one year.  Needless to say, it will take several more years to perfect the software, and it will not be easy to get permission to operate fully automatic cars on public roads.  NVIDIA believes that this will happen by about 2025, and  Bosch collaborating with it believes that it will take about six years more.   Along the way, NVIDIA reported on cooperation with a truck manufacturer DAF, Kenworth and Peterbilt in the field of creating an automatic trunking system.  The nightmare of a truck driver becomes a reality: a machine  replaces the person , albeit with an emergency shutdown button in a conspicuous place in the dashboard.  NVIDIA believes that the automation of commercial transport has great prospects: there are more than 300 million trucks in the world alone.
