According to NVIDIA, such systems of "autopilot" based on Xavier processors will allow achieving the fourth level of autonomy according to SAE classification - the car will be able to react to all situations independently.  The highest level of management autonomy is the fifth - it no longer provides for human intervention in any conditions.  Most experts agree that on public roads, serial cars with a similar level of autonomy will not appear until the next decade.  Bosch believes that the transition to automatic transport management systems will significantly improve road safety.
