This year, Huawei may face a shortage of AMOLED-panels for smartphones.  This is reported today by the Taiwanese industry publication DigiTimes , citing sources in the supply chain. According to sources, in 2017, Huawei will have only 8% of the total volume of shipments of smartphones with AMOLED-displays due to their shortage.  In the period from 2017 to 2018, about 70% of all OLED panels produced in the world (mainly Samsung Display) will be used by Samsung Electronics and Apple, thereby limiting the supply of OLED displays to other smartphone manufacturers. It is noted that LG Display will start delivering OLED panels in 2018, and the Chinese company BOE Technology will be able to start their production no earlier than 2020. This year Samsung Display will supply about 75 million OLED-panels for the new iPhone on Apple's order, which is 14% of the total production of OLED-screens in the world.  Samsung mobile devices will own 56% of all AMOLED panels produced.  On the share of Chinese brands Vivo and Oppo will have 13% and 10% of the market OLED-displays.  Deliver the OLED panel for them will be Samsung Display, a subsidiary of Samsung, with which they have already signed an agreement. The Chinese company LeEco is preparing to release a new smartphone, which will compete with the flagship, but it will be offered at a more affordable price.  In the market, it will appear next month under the name LeEco Le X850. According to the publication PhoneArena , the announcement of the new smartphone LeEco Le X850 is scheduled for April 11.  It will go on sale in China at a price of 1,799 yuan .  For this amount, buyers will have at their disposal an all-metal smartphone based on the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and equipped with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels (Quad HD) and narrow borders on the sides.  The amount of RAM depending on the version is 4 or 6 GB, and the capacity of the built-in drive reaches 128 GB. One of the main features of LeEco Le X850 will be the main camera, consisting of two 13-megapixel cameras and complemented by a dual LED flash.  And on the front of the smartphone is a 16-megapixel front camera for selfi and video connections.  A battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh will provide the device with a long battery life.
