What is your current motherboard and to which one u plan to update ?

I have Asus Maximus Xtreme motherboard...
I dont know witch motherboard i want to update to, but since i'm using nVidia graphic cards, it should support SLI (witch the Asus dont (wrong information on the website i ordered from)), and it should also support DDR3 Ram...
I have also noticed that Asus has had some hardware trouble lately... I've had 3 Asus laptops the past 2 years, where the mainboard is dead, so i think i wil stay clear of Asus from now on, if possible...

Thanks for the quick reply btw Smiley

I have a motherboard with integrated raid controller.
Connected to it, i have 6 SATA drives in RAID 5.
What happens if i need to change my motherboard?
And how (if possible) can i prevent losing the 2TB on those disks?
(I have some hardware problems, relative to my mainboard, so i want to switch it with a diferent one.)

I hope someone can answare my questein Smiley
(And sorry for my bad english)
