For flash use the latest version and u will be fine 2. And I've read that you used BIOS from 945P-S3 motherboard to 945P-G, is that correct? yes , but in your case u have to get the motherboard working first so use a original bios

ok do the FDD (use any diskette) light when u just turn the motherboard ?
if yes then good the motherboard trying to recover from bad flash .
Also when the system boot try : 1) directly after pushing power on : many time press delete 2) directly after pushing power on : many time press insert 3) directly after pushing power on : many time press delete +insert (on next to the other) those above may forced the motherboard to boot up Do u have a good old PCI video card ?

Is there any beep when u turn the system on ?
Please first remove all wire or electric conductive lacquer used . 2 clear the cmos , 3 remove the battery for 30 min ( unplug all power connector) 4 do u have access to a floppy disk ?

as i told u first u have to check your cpu temperature using realtemp or core temp , to load your processor u need application like intelburnintest or prime 95 (will be needed later to check your overclock stability run any of those for few hours if processor temp is ok no more than 70- 75c and the application did not crash then u are ok) ,
If your temp are fine u can increase the cpu voltage this will help u to reach higher clock
