My uncle just gave me his old CPU with an old AMD 1.1 Ghz processor and installed with the old Windows ME. If you where in my shoes what will you do with this old computer?

Throw it through the window  .
It will be enough as back up system , if your computer fail . Or u my use a it as small server in your home . 2 are better than one one  .

Overclock it to see its high limit 

I think that 1500 Mhz is real with it

I think that it is not as old as some of the systems out there that I have seen. But the use as a server would be pretty good for a home network. You could try to get a few bucks for it as well. Other than that not much use it could be used for word processing of flyers, and the like.

Absolutely as a server or INTERNET gateway to other computers in a LAN thats will be very useful specially for bandwidth assignment

i thing using it as a backup system would be better choice as compared to using it as a server.But dont throw it away...
