Usually when we deal with mobile phone memory almost all chose are similar .
The high speed is not required .
Samsung , Scan-disk ... are also popular and recommended .
Just like HDD in computer chose the best price/volume option .

there are many kinds of memory chips and have their price accordingly. You did not specify which type of chip you need.anyways, i think that kingston, samsung and philips are some good brands.

according to my experience, samsung offers the best memory cards for mobile phones. They are the first to launch maximum memory size(ie..4gb) cards for mobiles.

i know the V3i's have space for memory cards, but not the V3's. i brought it, spent a while moaning about the lack of memory, then FINALLY figured after ages of having it that u can buy memory or v3i's, but v3s don't have a memory space at all other than wot it comes wiv!!

I have used various ones and don't find a difference despite the price difference they all seem the same. I prefer Scan-Disk they are more affordable and I see no loss in them.
