Hello,
I am going to have SKY TV broadband (UK) .
sky is satelite tv , i know how the download goes, but upload?satelite doesnt send anything...
question:
does anybody know what sky uses to upload data?how it works?

So . you are connected to broadland u can download data but no upload ??

I will be on 26th .
normally in Internet-Satelite systems you need to have some...hmmm internet connection.
from satelite you have quite fast downs but no up. in this moment you need to have phone land line or connection to some lan with internet so you can upload.
i know that soon i will have it but its not me that is sorting out that thing with contract, im just changing houses and it will be there.

i am just curious NOW, thats all.  Roll Eyes  Cool

when ill have it ill describe that as good as its possible.

That sounds interesting.

If you don't mind a newbie question, is SKY a consumer Internet service provider, or an industry service for distributing TV?
