What are the price ranges you have paid when getting this brand of processor. How much would you really be willing to pay? Do you think they are better than intel processors and if so why?

i would prefer to wait for sometime if i am not able to afford an intel processor but wont pay anything for an AMD cpu.Now AMD'S time is gone.

Yeah, AMD used to be awesome, but it seems like they're dying away a bit now.  Hopefully they pull away from the retail sector (dell and HP) and focus on their processors like they used to.  AMD has betrayed my AMD love!

yeah but we should not underestimate them,i still have huge expectation from them and i believe as before they will regain their market value very soon.

Yes AMD might become the best processor again soon, but that will take a very long time. Maybe if AMD will be acquired by Intel. Grin

I don't think that Intel can acquire AMD. AMD is still selling its products well and also gives better performance than intel any how. And now they have over come their heating problem so I .don't think that intel can acquire AMD
