well there are some common softwares which graphics designers use like photoshop and corel draw.Apart from this i also use microsoft's photodraw.
which softwares do you use for designing graphics?

cant say anything about ACDsee but dont you think microsoft paint offers too less features.How can you design graphics in that, it would take long hours to do even small things.

For simple task MS Paid rock . it do not require any knowledge .

In graphic design, Adobe products are simply at the top.  Paint is great for BS'ing, but you can't do anything advanced with it.  Although, I work for a web design firm and have continued to use Gimp for graphics.  Cheesy

yeah adobe is at the top but as xtreview said, Mspaint can be very well used for simple tasks like editing an image.Initially, i also began working on graphics using mspaint.
