Today when I started my comp windows didn't work and I always encountered a message "NTLDR is Missing" before windows startup. I'd to reinstall windows xp to clear this problem. Anyone would tell what kind of problem is this and how to fix it? Thanks!

Are u sure , u are using the right HDD in your bios boot priority ?  . if yes press F8 before windows start up and try last good configuration . If this do not help u can always restore your file system via recovery console (require winxp bootable disc)

this error can be caused by booting from a non-bootable source or if computer hard disk drive is not properly setup in BIOS.It may also occur with Corrupt NTLDR and/or NTDETECT.COM file.
