Swiftech company , which specializes in effective cooling solutions developed a new radiator : caldera.  This cooling is intended for the hot video card radeon HD 4870X2. This radiator covers a large PCB part ,memory microcircuits and power element .  Caldera, cooler is made from aluminum , whereas the basic heat withdrawal remains with the water-block MCW60.  The sizes and weight of this radiator are 208 x 93 x 12 mm and 181 grams. The cost Of caldera heat-sink (CALDERA-HS) is equal to 40 dollars. Select Rating :

Last week we already reported about the extreme overclock of AMD phenom X4 9950 Black edition processors. This processor is based on agena core and was overclocked to the frequency 4100 MHz. A participant in xtremeSystems forum " massman " overclocked the processor AMD phenom X4 9950 Black edition to the frequency 4496 MHz, practically 4.5 GHz. This 9% exceeds the previous record. This result passed the CPU- Z validation.  In this case the motherboard JETWAY HA07-ULTRA was used , based on AMD 790GX chipset. The processor was cooled with liquid nitrogen . Select Rating :
