According to the Taiwanese trade publication DigiTimes, Samsung refuses to use in the next generation smartphone Galaxy S series processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip in favor of its own design a series of Exynos.
Others industry sources report that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be released in two versions. The first version will be a series of processor Qualcomm Snapdragon, and the second will use the chip Samsung Exynos. It is noted that 80-90% of the initially produced smartphone will come with processor Samsung, performed on 14-nanometer process technology.
It is noted that Samsung will begin mass introduction of 14-nanometer process technology in the first quarter of 2015.
