Updated TheWorld Browser, it is a free multi window Web browser, built on internet explorer basis, but which possesses a number of additional features, like blocking advertisement and contents filtration, a module for files download, possibility to change skins and connexion with others plugins 
In the new version many features were improved like work with tabs, advertisement blocker, download module in addition to some errors fix. To download TheWorld Browser v.2.1.2.4 choose one of this options (Freeware):
