We already know that the announcement of retail versions GeForce GT 220 and GeForce g210 is planned for the middle of October. These will be the first NVIDIA graphical solutions on base of 40 nm chips with directX 10.1 support, intended for retail sale. As reports associate, the retail versions GeForce GT 220 and GeForce g210 can obtain higher frequencies, and the information about the overclocked version geForce GT 220 from gigabyte productions only confirms this assumption. The announcement of this video card is planned on 12 October - during the same day will appear the AMD radeon HD 57xx series. We note that they will not be the straight competitors, NVIDIA  intend to present during November this year more productive product  : geForce GT 240  .
