American scientists, conducted a study with the participation of 24 volunteers in the age from 55 to 78 years, half of which used the Internet daily, but second-half barely had any work experience with the information resources in the network. Participants in the experiment conducted on the search sites an hour daily during two weeks. With some periodicity all participants passed the procedure of brain study by the method of magnetic- resonance laminography. This method allows to track changes in the activity of brain regions by the observation of blood circulation.
Already after the first days of experiment users with the limited work experience in the Internet demonstrated an increase in the sections of brain, which correspond for the speech, reading, memory and visual means. After a week of hour daily training in the prospectors was observed the increased activity of brain sections , which correspond for short term memory and decision making. Thus, only a week of work in the Internet allowed people to improve their abilities to memorize information and to analyze it. It is possible, that this procedure will be used in medicine for the preventive maintenance of diseases, caused by changes in the brain on dependent age. Related Products :
