Super talent company released the first in the world RAIDDrive device with an USB 3.0 interface. This disk is made on solid-state memory and will be released in models with the volume 32, 64 and 128 Gb.  Among all existing disks with the USB 3.0 interface, this one has the most compact sizes - 95 X 37 X 13 mm. The data transmission speed reaches 200 Mbyte(s)/s, and with the use of a special drivers with UAS protocol support it grows to 320 Mbyte(s)/s. On sale this disk will appear during December.
