The Processor cooler zalman CNPS10X extreme became the first product of the South Korean company, which was equipped with the controller PWM mate, which allow to limit the fans rotation speed range , controlled according to pulse-width modulation.
The idea Of zalman consists in an increase in the participation degree of user during the control process of fans rotation speed . The PWM mate controller is included between fan and processor socket on the motherboard . Producer lets user the possibility both to assign the speed to some of three fixed values (70%, 90% and 100%) and flexibly change the value within the limits from 47% to 100%.  PWM mate remembers the installation of maximum rotation speed even after the disconnection of computer. Related Products : | ||
