The controller PWM mate, which ensures changes in the fan rotation speed via pulse-width modulation (SHIM) was presented by Zalman company .
The device regulates the rotation speed with high accuracy. Manual and automatic regimes are provided. In other words, it is possible to rigidly assign the desired speed . Device is designed for fan control , installed on the processor cooler , which is connected to the four-pin power connector. The range of adjustment lies within the limits 25-100% . According to Zalman, previously similar devices were not produced.  The overall sizes of the device are 55 x 24 x 13,5 mm. It will be accessible only in the complete set with cooler series CNPS10X.
