According to some data, in the fourth quarter following year Intel will start the sale of disk on base of solid-state memory, released on 28 nm technology. The capacity of these disks can reach 600 Gb. At present, Intel proposes only disk on base of 34 nm memory. In parallel was extended information about Intel intentions to turn to the use of memory, capable of storing three bits of information in each cell instead of present two. At the quarterly current conference,  micron company stated about the deliveries of SSD, released according to the technological standards from the range from 20 to 30 nm. Let us note that Micron is the direct Intel partner  ; therefore, the plans of these companies in the production sphere can coincide.
