Super talent company, the well-known developer of memory modules and solid-state disk, today announced new SSD for corporate segment. One of the bases update is the application of rapid controllers sandForce SF-1500. Let us recall that the given controllers are used by OCZ and A -DATa. New controllers allow to raise the writing speed to 250 mb/s, and to also reach the speed of 30000 operations input/output per second.
With the development of the solid-state disk series teraDrive FT2 company engineers tried to create not only rapid, but also very reliable devices. In the new products are used technologies as RAISE and DuraWrite, which will considerably increase the service period and the vitality of the device under complex conditions . We note also ECC, which is capable to correct up to 24 symbols in 512 bytes sector . New SSD teraDrive FT2 will have a capacity from 50 Gb to 200 Gb and, depending on the model, use MLC or SLC memory. All models use a SATA-300 interface and have the standard size 2.5 inches: TeraDrive FT2 will be supplied only for OEM segment. | ||
