According to the official site of ministry for patents and trade marks USA says, from 17 March the rights to the use of  iPad are transmitted from Fujitsu company to apple. Apple for sure paid Fujitsu. History already knows the example, when Apple negotiated with the possessors of trade marks after beginning the sales of its new products, - in 2007 the company obtained the right to the use of iPhone from Cisco.
