ASUS company representatives reported that in the United States of America the sales of two new motherboard series ROG (Republic of gamers) began. Rampage III Extreme and Maximus III Extreme, based on the chipset x58 and P55 from Intel company. These motherboards are oriented to gamers and computer enthusiasts.
The model ASUS rampage III Extreme with NVIDIA NF200 chip is equipped with four slots PCI- E x16 and supports 3- way SLI and CrossFireX regimes. There is six slots DDR 3-2200, two ports SATA third generation, two ports USB 3.0 and a 7,1- channel sound. There are 11- phase power-supply system with the support to pulse-width modulation (SHIM), four slots DDR 3-2200 and five slots PCI- E x16. Rampage III Extreme and Maximus III Extreme cost 400 and 350 dollars respectively. | ||
