For cooling the high end six-core processor core i 7 -980X Extreme edition Intel company developed unique cooler with four U- descriptive heat pipes, which was applied to the processors box assembly, supplied for the retail market.
From seventh June this year the processors core i 7 -980X Extreme edition stepping B1 will be equipped with cooler with the modernized fan. Blade thickness is reduced to 0,3 mm with the purpose of noise reduction.  It is possible to assume that the box cooler for the processors LGA 1156 prepared for announcement with the free multiplier will also obtain the enumerated improvements. Related Products : | ||
