The Taiwan company mach xtreme technology, recently began the deliveries of flash memory with 64 GB volume and USB 3.0 interface, prepares the release of DDR3 memory modules, intended for notebook.  Mach xtreme technology will release modules with 2 and 4 GB volume, working at 1333 MHz frequency with CL9. They are designed for the supply voltage 1,5 v. The sales of new modules will begin at the end of the month, price approximately equal to $63 and $151 for one module with 2 and 4 GB volume respectively. Related Products : | ||
