Palit company, one of the most important video card producers begin the delivery of graphic accelerator GTX 460 on base of GF104, It is made according to 40- nm standards technology. Palit GTX 460 will be a reference video adapter with 768 mb GDDR5 memory ( 192 bits interface ), whose frequency will be 3600 MHz. Its graphic core and shader block will have frequencies, 675 and 1350 MHz correspondingly.
Other model series GTX 460 are Sonic and Sonic platinum. They are both supplied with factory overclock and 1 Gb memory with 256- bit interface. For the first video card GPU frequency, shader block and memory compose 700, 1400 and 3800 MHz, while for the second: 800, 1600 and 4000 MHz respectively. Base version will be sold for 200 dollars, and the overclocked version sonic and Sonic platinum will cost 220 and 245 dollars. | ||
