Usually for video card of average price segment AMD company develops standard design, which partners will adhere some time after after announcement. Actually, all standard video card are released by one or two contract producers, and then they fall in the hands of AMD partners , who give them original form due to the cooler and they supply them with all necessary accessories. Through month- other after announcement AMD partners begin to experiment with the design of video card, adding more effective cooling systems and increasing overclocking potential. Such video card can be sold at higher cost and producer in return obtain higher profit or reduce prime cost. PowerColor company recently released a new version radeon HD 5830 and Radeon HD 5870, which use similar design, directed a reduction in the prime production cost .  The layout of elements on the printed-circuit board and cooling system are simplified, printed-circuit board became somewhat shorter in comparison with the standard versions. Cooler with the central arrangement of fan is equipped with two heat pipes . The Radeon HD 5830 preserved on the rear panel only one port DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort are also present.  Radeon HD 5850 has two ports DVI, and also HDMI and DisplayPort. This video card work at the standard frequencies: 800/4000 MHz for Radeon HD 5830 and 725/4000 MHz for Radeon HD 5850.
