Yesterday on NVIDIA site appeared the description of desktop graphical solution GeForce GT 420. This video card has low-profile performance, full-scale ports D -Sub, HDMI and DVI. Video chip has only 48 stream processors - the near existing graphical solution with the fermi architecture GeForce GTX 460 has 336 stream processors. The memory bus in the case of GeForce GT 420 is reduced to 128 bits.  This video card is equipped with two gigas-byte DDR3 memory , default frequencies are equal to 700/1400/1800 MHz. It support 3d Vision, CUDA, PureVideo HD, PhysX, DirectX 11 and OpenGL 4.0. In this configuration the video card consumes not more than 50 W. The GeForce GT 420 is intended for OEM- segment, which needs fresh inexpensive video card with the support Of directX 11. Most likely, GeForce GT 420 is based on GF108 video chip.
