The company psion teklogix, which is specialized in mobile electronics, presented two new secure computers , designed for installation in the cabs transportation . Computers 8580 and 8590 are equipped with wireless connection and work under Windows XP.  At the base of those new product is the system card format XTX processors Intel celeron M (frequency - 800 MHz, optionally they are accessible in modification with 1- GHz processors). Configuration also includes 512mb operational memory, hard disks with volume 20Gb or memory card compact flash with volume 1-4Gb.
The basic difference between two models consists in the screens: 8580 has screen SVGA (800 x 600 pixels) with the size of 10,4 inches (26,4 cm) along diagonal, in 8590 the screens is a little more with 12,1 inches (30,7 cm) , resolution XGA (1024 x 768 pixels). Built-in module wireless connection support standards 802.11 b/g. For the connection with periphery there is two ports RS232, ports Ethernet and two ports USB. Both new product correspond to the requirements of test IP65 , without problems they handle pushes and vibration. For the control of computers the producer proposes to use a mouse, keyboard or sensor screen. Related Products : | ||
