Due to the lack of moving parts, SSDs can operate at elevated risk of random vibration and mechanical stress, but most of SSD are intolerant to low temperatures. The only exception are drives series DuraDrive AT3 presented by Super Talent . If the standard temperature range, allowing operation of solid-state drives is limited to zero degrees Celsius and 70 degrees Celsius above zero, then the product series DuraDrive AT3 begins in minus forty degrees Celsius, and ends with 85 degrees Celsius .
Super Talent expects that these drives will be used in car entertainment systems, vehicles, research equipment and industrial solutions. SSD provide a read speed 250MB / s and write speed of 170 MB / s, have a form factor 2.5 , the volume ranges from 32 to 256 GB. Related Products : | ||
